This is tough - there are some good analysts but they’re already so jaded on what best practices are in the system.
Cons
Terrible leadership. Unwilling to be open to any ideas from the actual experts in the system. Tearful employees. Don’t be fooled by the longevity of employees, they likely can’t go anywhere else that will stand for crappy attitudes and crappy system builders. No career path for advancement.
