Pros
It was a great place to work. The atmosphere was friendly and warm. Professionalism was always maintained. During the Covid pandemic the organization took care of their employees. No layoffs or weird job duties. I would work their again.
Cons
Yearly pay raises only range from 2-5 % for many positions. The only way to get a significant jump in pay is during salary negotiation of the initial hire or when negotiating a promotion into a new role.
