      Pros

      Those with direct patient interaction are angels. Care providers truly love the patients and their families.

      Cons

      Management at the highest levels are frivolous and spend money like they are printing it. I, personally, wouldn't donate a dime to this non-profit. Really would like to see the Board paying more attention to leadership, what is really happening, where the money is going.
