Pros
A big hospital with many different departments. No matter what area you are interested in you can find some area you like. Good benefits and pay.
Cons
There isn't room for advancement or professional growth. Many people break policy and best practice and this is allowed. Unilateral decisions are made by managers and directors without staff involvement.
