- Horrible benefits. - Working on holidays in non essential/clinical areas. - Racist and non-inclusive in promotion opportunities towards certain class of ppl. - Promotions are setup for who they want in the role. - More games than business. - Corp mgmt will retaliate in subtle ways when you speak up. - Weird “girl bully” culture from 40/50 yo women. - If you do not idolize them the mgmt will act out of emotion. - They are nice as long as you are giving your ideas and have no boundaries. - After taking from you they will begin the discard and humiliation ritual. - They love setting up teachable moments and scenarios to scapegoat employees. - Your manager will lie on you, about you, and speak for you to shape the view of people around you. - Marginalized growth opportunities for certain class of people.
