Heavy Political and Heirarchal Culture - Supervisor Children's Wisconsin Employee Review

Strong heirarchy within this organization. This creates an environment of extreme micro-management, while somehow leaders still not knowing or acknnowledging what our day-to-day looks like, or even what our accomplishments and strengths are. The above-and-beyond work that I do often goes unrecognized, and sometimes even taken credit for by my leader. Many responses by executive leadership to tough questions are vague and political, offering no follow-up or actionable consideration.
