The OLD CHHS used to care about the KIDS and their Families First. Not anymore! Most Senior Management is incompetant and were only hired due to politics or favors owned. Much of the staff are overworked and undrepayed for their efforts. Managements expectations are unrealistic and unobtainable due to their incompetance, leading to poor performance reviews and subsequently lower pay raises in order to meet their department budgets.
