Managers are incompetent, lazy bullies with zero Integrity. Managers get away with treating staff horribly, yelling, bullying, lying, etc. They also have their staff do their work and take credit for it all. Upper management and HR don't listen and allow the behavior to continue. Staff that do nothing get raises just like everyone else. Health benefits are expensive and high deductible. Pay is low. Six holidays per year, which are lumped with your vacation.
