Pros
You will not see sicker patients and there’s nowhere else in peds in the area. Lots of opportunity to see it ALL. Don’t like your specialty? Easy to work in another.
Cons
Leadership is toxic from the top to the bottom. They only want lemmings and they don’t listen to staff. You won’t change them, it’s not worth trying. They will just target you if you have too many ideas and slap you into a box.
