Great coworkers but toxic management and culture - I Prefer Not to Specify My Role Chinese Mutual Aid Association Employee Review

If you want to work at an organization that doesn't care about its staff, is misogynist, pays very , terrible hours, and a fear-based management style, then work here. My supervisor was the absolute worst person I have ever had to report to. They don't care about the community they are supposed to be serving, people are treated horribly, they are never happy with your work no matter what you do, and the gaslighting is off the charts. I wouldn't recommend working there unless you're desperate.
