Cons
In agreement with other reviews that the organization, despite their positive mission, is highly unorganized. The ED is pompous and uses meetings to talk about himself (such as his vacations.) My supervisor was open about how much she both disliked the job and how unqualified she was in her role. Even without her saying, it was pretty obvious she was not qualified to have authority. The agency doesn't have the language support that they advertise - more like two languages. Mgmt wastes a lot of your time. The way to improve morale is not to schedule meetings for employees to PLAY COMPUTER GAMES. I attended one of their annual events and most staff only cared about getting drunk. The agency depends largely on "word of mouth" for its clients so they will pressure you to do anything to keep them.
