She loved me, confirmed my phone number, and said she'd send an official offer email later that day. It never showed up. * The AI Takes Over: Days later, I get a text from the AI that helped me schedule the interview, asking if I accept the offer! I said yes, and a few days after that, the AI texts me a start date and time. I thought, "Cool! AI is handling it, I'm hired." I never heard a word from her again until what I thought was day one from what AI said, who was the only contact I had.
