      Good relationship with coworkers, and general manager is very flexible, understanding, and accommodating

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible, promise rewards when goals are met. Even when we went above and beyond goals and expectations, upper management would not uphold their promise or give any compensation.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
