Pros
The crew is an extremely tight group of people. We are usually so busy that we don't have time to complain during service hours, which actually helps us feel more positive, and after service hours or during downtime our conversation is never about the shift because it would just be the same conversation every night. We all watch each other's backs and work together the best we can. Our managers are very positive and straight forward with their input and expectations. We have fun. If you work hard you'll better yourself and get out faster.
Cons
More of a problem with the individual employees than the company as a whole, lots of employees leave and the hiring process is long enough that it creates very long weeks for other employees (for example, three employees left my establishment, two are moving and one was overwhelmed by school) and in that I wind up working 70 hours in a pay period while still in school.
