Pros

- Chipotle is a large company with a lot of tools and resources. - There are a lot of bright and talented leaders working for the company. - The company has very high standards and will push one's leadership abilities to a new level.

Cons

- The company is still recovering from the food born illness, and will be for quite some time. - The company has always struggled with turnover. This combined with the companies learning curve has damaged the quality of a lot of restaurants. - Losing their CEO Monty, along with many board members caused the company to deviate from what made it special, which was its amazing people culture.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
