      Pros

      -free food, paid breaks, decent corporate culture -management typically has to work their way up from crew so they usually know what its to be crew and have insight

      Cons

      - lots of repetitive tasks to log food safety (good in principle but sometimes really annoying to complete it all in a location where the line literally never stops)

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
