Pros

The pay ($9 hr) is great compared to my last job, when I was only making $7.2.. Additionally, my coworkers are extremely nice and helpful, and the free food or 50% off when you're not working is nice too.

Cons

If you are working a closing shift on cash beware! Especially, if you there is no one working an expo shift to help you out at the end of the night. There are so many tasks that are required of you before you can go home. Such as the bathrooms, organizing the patio, sweeping the dining, putting up the chairs, wiping down all the windows (inside & out), restocking the drink fridge, wiping down all trays/baskets, taking out all FOH trash, restocking drink/napkin station, scrubbing and squeegeeing underneath drink/napkin station and counting all the money, which could take about 30 minutes. Overall, this takes me about an hour at least to complete. Which means I do not leave to go home until 11:45 every night after a long 7 hour shift.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
