Pros
-Free food when working -50% off when off the clock -Met great people who became lifelong friends -Learned so much
Cons
-Management could care less about your wellbeing. -Everyone is replaceable, even if you’ve done so much and over extended yourself for them. -You could be doing five jobs at once and still get paid minimum wage. -Raises are so small it’s ridiculous, again you could be there 3-4 years and still get paid minimum wage or just a few cents over that. -They expect you to bend over backwards for them but would NEVER do the same for you. -Management is shady and talk about you behind your back. -Only promotes people who they like and are friends with, even if that means running the store to the ground. -Don’t ask your GM to do anything bc he/she will say a smart remark and not do it or ignore you. -If you are looking to express yourself and be yourself at work this is not the place. -Employees cannot wear nail polish, have excessive piercings, no jewelry. -They turn you into robots and you have to do everything by the book -Field leaders can be so rude and not understanding. -Never get breaks on time, can work full shift and get your first break one hour before you clock out.
