Pros

When I first started working there the management was great. They were really understanding about schedules, my coworkers were really friendly and helpful training, and everyone worked together really well.

Cons

After working for about 6 months, the management changed, some of the new hirees were not good workers and because of that, I was required to work more hours and have to do work that my coworkers weren't doing in addition to my own.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
