Pros
Free food every shift you work, half off one meal per day. Tuition assistance is possible but from what I've heard not very reliable.
Cons
It didn't take me long to decide this place wasn't for me. They scheduled people out of their availability and expected them to either show up or find a cover. You're supposed to have a 30 minute break if you work 7 or more hours but that doesn't happen. You MIGHT get 10 minutes to scarf down some food and get back to work. I had co-workers in their 20's complaining about arthritis from working here for like 2 years. The place is hard on your hands, your back, and your skin (deep fryer). It's almost always short staffed. I've had many many shifts in my short time there where there was supposed to be 5-8 people there but there were only 3. Maybe because of people being scheduled out of their availability. Needless to say it didn't take long to start looking elsewhere for a job.
