Pros

Nothing, nothing positive at all

Cons

Received position to work at Denver HQ. There was a 2-3+ month waiting period before they would let me start. I never saw my manager and only saw my 2 of my team leads. One of them would make fun of my disability and the other called me a cold and dumb. This was a horrible experience after graduating college and horrible introduction to the corporate world to which I have PTSD about from these 2 women to this day. After 2 weeks of these 2 taunting and harassing me, they told they went to the manager and received permission to let me go. I never saw this manager and only had spoken with her when I was interviewed. I put in an hr complaint after I was fired and to ask to speak with this manager to make my case but she never called. Nothing ever came of the hr complaint either. If you want to be harassed, not trained, and name-called for no reason, the corporate office is beyond toxic and cruel. I came to this job with a smiling face and hunger for growth but was humiliated and victimized.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
