      Find what you like in the restaurant environment (i.e. cook - you learn and specialize grill Many career growth opportunities Management is nice - depending on rotation

      Cons

      Aside from being wrongfully terminated (2015), you gain lots of insight in the food industry and gain experience for a QS hospitality service

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
