      Full time- always work and pay

      Cons

      Beware if you are a good person- books are cooked, health and safety violations, management is trash (especially upper management), and it is truly a cult. Nobody wants to do the right thing and if you do, you'll be gone asap.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
