Pros

free food while on shift

Cons

everything. I don't know if it is just this location but this has to be the worst workplace environment. The managers are rude and have no issues with yelling at you over the littlest thing. I've worked other jobs with managers that actually respect you, if not as an employee, they respected me as a human being. The managers here are crass. Disrespectful people that see you as nothing more than a worker thats there to get the job done. I've been told to avoid taking a break on long shifts, and if i do end up taking that break, they'll act like I just screwed and their entire family everyone over, while they took a break themself. All of the crew members have expressed how we're understaffed and that its only making our job harder, but the managers just ignore us even though we are one of the top earning chipotle's in the state. On days where we're projected to make more than average, we're always shorter staffed. It'd be one person on grill and we'd always be behind for the day. Work here if you're okay with being overworked and slaved for 13/h.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
