Some of the staff really care and want to enjoy their day at work.
Cons
You will be run ragged. You will never do enough to satisfy management. They will continually push blame for problems into lower management and rather than try to work on the issues, they provide a write up or threat of a write up. They continually force people to stay after their scheduled time out of work, and use negative feedback regularly, which is against company policy. The only concern is the metrics the corporation measures, and not at all the wellbeing of the employees. They also cover up pest infestations and continue serving food
