      Free food is a plus. I believe they reimburse tuition after a certain amount of time of having worked there.

      Cons

      Higher-ups do not always treat crew-members and managers with respect.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
