      Pros

      Some good things are free food, maybe good co-workers.

      Cons

      Management are hit or miss, I worked there for around 7 months and over that course had 3 different managers and temporary managers because they always quit after a few months. However, I heard other chipotles might have better management.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
