- Set tasks, whether it is doing orders on the line, prepping the food in the morning, or being register. No matter the positions you are typically in the same routine that you had learned during 2-3 day orientation.
- Growth within the company is always available. There were coworkers who promoted within 6 months.
Cons
- it is extremely fast paced in terms of time everything needs to be done. Hardly will you find your Chipotle being slow so expect to always be on your feet. Whether the work load will allow you free time to go on your phone will always depend on your manager.

Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
