Pros
Easy first job to land and easy to move up.
Cons
This place wants to hire you young, ideally they wanna be your first job so they can exploit you. Chipotle will do anything in their power to not pay you. In fact, if you were an AP (essentially and assistant GM) and you were promoted to GM you take a pay cut. I was promoted to Certified Trainer and held the position for more than six months with no change to my pay, despite the huge jump in work responsibilities. I've worked 16 hour shifts and been asked to have the hours broken up so I don't receive overtime. 70 hour weeks to no overtime. This place banks on you not knowing any better. It's extremely predatory and I only recommend this job to someone who knows how to advocate for themselves.
