Pros
free food, tuition reimbursement, and was able to fulfill my pmp class requirements through the company.
Cons
Professionalism from field leaders, team directors, and regional management is consistently bad. Not sure if this is a regional specific opportunity but their language, their practices, lack of standardized performance assessment is grossly inappropriate. In my personal experience I never had any conversations with my direct manager of my performance than tried to replace my role without the proper process. I initiated the conversation after and they used vague and broad language such as "performance is not there," with no proper documentation or measurable data. Upper management empower the wrong people and they basically work of the backs of the crew. Not transparent about career growth and will string you along because they don't have any other options.
