Pros

The professional development program is comprehensive and many of the programs are offered online. They motivate you to complete the classes by offering a bonus and a raise. I really felt like the classes improved my confidence in teaching and training.

Cons

The clinic floor assistants are often scheduled for 3 hour shifts. This makes it unsavory for anyone who needs to commute any distance. Part time staff does not qualify for any benefits and part-timers will never be scheduled for over 19 hours per week.

The staff that I get the chance to meet are all amazing and so sweet! I am never afraid to reach out and ask for help from anyone and they are all super supportive.

Cons

The college itself is going through a lot. With policy changes that impact students, their seems to be a lot that could be fixed.
