Pros

Pretty good pay, some smart people, name recognition.

Cons

Horrible management. No one knows what is going on. Every department is it's own kingdom and behaves as such. Different departments make policy and production changes without consideration of the consequences to the other operations and often without adequate notification. HR is much worse than anywhere else I have been employed.

Cons

There aren't many in this role. If you're flexible, a problem solver and communicative with both your exec and your peers- Chobani is a great place to build a community,
