Cons

If you would like to make promotion to supervisor, you have to be part of the cool kids. If you work night shift you are generally overlooked. Managers usually have someone chosen when the post a position. Interviews are just a formality required by HR. Your qualifications, experience, and education mean nothing. 100% favoritism when hiring supervisors.

There aren't many in this role. If you're flexible, a problem solver and communicative with both your exec and your peers- Chobani is a great place to build a community,
