Think twice before joining - Anonymous employee Chobani Employee Review

If you have an opinion, do NOT speak up. Keep it to yourself-it will come back to hurt you. It's upsetting but it's NOT a team environment. You are on your own. They do a very good job at selling you a bag of goods that Chobani is a GREAT place to work. It's toxic. High turnover especially at the C-level which is very scary. Losing tons of money, even though they will tell you they are making a lot of money. Do NOT make a mistake there or ever feel that you are in a secure job. You will not have a learning curve and will not be treated well. Very sad, but true.
