Pros

Excellent Company to work for if you do not have a job for the time being.

Cons

I do not have any complaint to the corporate, but these individually owned hotels are pretty arrogant and greedy. They just want to kill their employees by paying low salaries, but they want their best. How could you expect best from your employees if you are not paying your employees to make their living out of their jobs.

Great support for advancement in all directions

Cons

WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

Pros

Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

The experience was only positive.
