      Very accommodating business to work for. A great deal of flexibility is given to managers with continued support.

      Cons

      The heavily franchised structure leaves a huge amount of variability among locations.

      Great support for advancement in all directions

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
