      Pros

      Corporate wide communication is excellent.....tremendous momentum around Brands - both upgrades & growth. Culture is sincere & solid - truly making a difference in communities and employee lives. Truly feels like Hilton & Marriott many years ago before they got too big & disengaged with both employees and franchisees.

      Cons

      Lack of confidence as an organization although it is improving dramatically - actually kind of refreshing & more realistic than many of the competitors.

      Great support for advancement in all directions

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
