Pros

CHOICE makes tremendous effort to accommodate customers and they back that effort with significant training for "behind the counter" employees. In my experience, they were extremely flexible with scheduling in light of the 24/7 aspect of the hotel business.

Cons

CHOICE incentives for front desk staff are usually just $1 bonuses for signing up new customers to the members program.

Great support for advancement in all directions

WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

Pros

Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

The experience was only positive.
