Pros
You get to work for an individually owned property, therefore making it a personal experience. (This can be a good or bad thing). For me it was very enjoyable.
Cons
Choice Hotels itself does not seem to care about the overall wellbeing of its employees, but instead only for the money they do or do not bring in. There does not appear to be any loyalty within the company.
