      - Benefits - Lots of Pizza to get fat - Mostly cool coworkers

      Cons

      -small town politics -technology agnostic management (really, you should have managers in IT that have some technical background) -frequent re-organizations -no mission statements and hence no clear guidelines what to achieve (big picture ?)

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Pros

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
