      CEO constantly talks about how profitable the company is but they can only give you a 4% annual raise even when inflation was 6+%

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.
