      - Remote-based, be the CEO of your own business - The team was supportive, and the manager was very hands-off - Good salary, hard to actually hit quota though.

      - Experienced company-wide layoff - C-Suite Executives stepping down and/or moving companies - Unrealistic quotas despite having severe backend issues (delaying product/service releases)

      i had an awesome run with great managers

      hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

      Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
