      Pros

      Transparent executive leadership team that truly cares about their employees. Lots of cool office perks with a lot of amazing food from our restaurant clients. Overall, if you are a strong contributor to the team, you are provided with the freedom and ownership to do your work in a non micro manager environment that values your impact as a team member.

      Cons

      We are growing quickly and everyone is going with the flow of it which sometimes lends for scalability challenges.

      hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

      Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

      Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
