New Hire Experience - Partnership Experience Manager ChowNow Employee Review

I'm a new hire but wanted to share what a great onboarding and training experience I've had so far. The onboarding was both valuable and enjoyable and I appreciated the time and effort that went into the experience. The onboarding focuses on teaching you about the company history and product and uses whiteboarding, storytelling, 1:1s, videos, field shadowing and gaming to help solidify the learnings. You also have the opportunity to meet with executives and hear from them first hand their ChowNow story!
