Pros

-Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product, and passionate about the company mission here. All teams truly want to serve local restaurants with the technical tools to successfully compete in the restaurant space. -Lots of alignments cross-functionally! Teams are aware of what others are working on and working towards. We also have an awesome internal company-wide summit, where leadership explains an awesome rollout for the product and how it impacts every single person here each year. It's really inspiring and keeps everyone motivated for the next year! -A truly effective onboarding process is in place. At a high level, each employee is able to get a great understanding of the product, mission, and an understanding of what each team is set to accomplish here. For the first 2 weeks, there is an organized shadow session with each team, especially sales, for new hires to understand why there are quality touchpoints in the process to prospect, win over and maintain clients. Over the course of the first 30, 60, 90 days, 6 months, and the first year, each new hire is able to understand clear goals, and receive full transparency & understanding about what is expected. -There are lots of ongoing growth and training opportunities in every department! -Covered medical, dental, and vision insurance. -A fully stocked kitchen, that's always a nice plus for breakfast and lunch! Cold brew and matcha on tap is a wonderful perk as well.

Cons

I'm not really sure at this point!

Pros

Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

Cons

Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
