Great company culture. The people you work with will be like your family. They're smart, ambitious, kind individuals collectively working towards a mission to help small mom and pop restaurants compete in an ever increasing tech world. Everyone is always willing to help lend a hand regardless of how busy they are. I learned so much at this company and really owe a lot of my own development to how great the executive team empowers their employees to run with their ideas and decisions.
Cons
Keep investing in your people, especially your strong middle management team. Enroll them in development programs and resources outside of ChowNow. The return will be ten fold.
