Executive leadership is unstable, the company constantly changes strategies, all of which do not result in positive outcomes. Managerial leadership is selfish and does not give credit but rather steals credit for work.

Thank you for your honest assessment. The current interim executive leadership team has placed a large emphasis on narrowing the company’s focus in order to avoid the constant change in strategy. They have implemented 3 key initiatives that ensure all teams are working toward the same, clearly understood goals. Managerial leadership has been strongly encouraged to name the specific team members who have a hand in the progress towards the company goals. This has been employed in a number of meetings including our company wide Town Halls.
hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.
Cons
Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
