      Respectful culture with lots of great people Unlimited PTO Nice office in Culver City

      ChowNow has struggled for several years to get back on a growth path, and hasn't found a way to differentiate itself in the new competitive environment. Layoffs have happened every ~6 months over the past few years, and nearly the entire Executive team turned over in the past 18 months. The frequent changes in direction have made it hard for teams to get into a groove.

      i had an awesome run with great managers

      hired too fast after covid and they had to lay off a bunch of people and restructure and my team and leadership were affected

      Coworkers are good people and teams try their best despite the chaos. Remote work.

      Cons

      Poor executive leadership, constantly changing priorities and restructuring, lack of direction, low morale, reactive decision making, and executives who are out of touch with what the business actually needs.
