Pros
Lots of good benefits like free HMO, cheap pet insurance, "unlimited" PTO. Perks include lots of free food and drinks. Ramp allows salespeople to earn a lot of commission in their first few months.
Cons
The company does not really care about you. People in sales are judged solely by the numbers on their KPI, and if there is a dip, they will not take into consideration time off. There were talks of several rounds of promotion, but ended up laying off half the sales team instead-- without warning. HR doesn't really care either. There was a months long battle in investigations about a sexual harasser there; they didn't fire the harasser, they fired an employee who was trying to protect the person harassed. All in all, they only care about you if you bring them the revenue they want.
