Pros
Catching the culture is easy here. Onboarding, training and continued education was valued and as a new RN I really appreciated this. Also, I worked on 8/9S and really loved my team.
Cons
High Call requirements. Managing the constant education with staffing ratios, in addition to dealing with the constant flux of residents can be frustrating. However keeping up on EBP's will help the RN to be confident when communicating with staff.
